Week 3: Start.

For the first time in donkey years, I followed my mum's instructions to have breakfast at home; still remembering during sec sch, that I have to wake up at 5am everyday just to get ready to go sch in CCK; every morning my mum would prepare a cup of coffee and bread... and I would take an hour to prepare to go to sch; avoiding the morning crowd, I would reach CCK MRT station at 620am, and would take a 10 mins walk to sch; sometimes with Hanyang, who is the fastest walker that I ever come across ahah... record is walk to sch from CCK MRT in under 5 mins!!!!

Anyway, had a cup of tea and bread with margarine and hotdogs; manage to reach in time for MDS lecture. First half hour was a rounding up of Obejctivity; then the rest was on Fairclough... ended the lecture with an article on Bush's inauguration speech, and his notion of freedom...

Went to UCC to settle the perc stuff and reeds; had mocha with gelato at Dome while doing my write up for Paris is Burning; then went to YIH to photocopy conductor score and had lunch; went down for work after that... Seems to be that woodwind players are better in terms of technicality; progress was better (IMO) than last Monday... The brasses need to brush up more (pardon the pun....)

Went home for dinner; then went to pick Dear up after band prac... had makan at Teck Hin, and the Chicken wings really quite decent and nice, with the çhinese wine =)

Well, not much ramblings today, for i dun wanna come across as being grouchy haha.... NUSWS, all the best for Thursday's performance; btw, they alr setting up the tentages, and a lot of human traffic in UCC today; must be preparing for Thursday... and I saw a series of Mercedes Benz (albeit a little old) that have sequential car plate numbers!!! S-680X-CD, where X is from 1 to 6 (that's wat i saw!!!!); msut be really rich to own so many cars, and the car plates in running order!!!
