Summer!

In the Summertime, where the weather is fine....

After a week's break from here, I'm back!!!! Exams are over!!!! THe anxious wait for results begins.....

Went to ICA to do a new passport, which had been LONG overdue... It's much more convenient now; just need to fill in the form with photo and drop it in one of the many boxes, and wait for the letter of collection... while i was waiting to take my photograph, the fire alarm sort of rang, and I was trapped on the 5th floor cos they sealed off the escalators. Took the staircase exit to ground floor and ended up stuck again, this time outside the building. Couldnt go in till the signal was given, and there was the typical shoving and pushing which was so -argh-... finally finished everything and went to Cineleisure next to buy tix for Kingdom of Heaven.

Dear came a while later and we had LJS for lunch... then went around and Dear bought me the classic Oasis album, the one with Wonderwall lah!!! $9.90 only leh!!! Kingdom of Heaven was approx 2hrs 20mins, and i think its pretty worth the $8.50 (remember, CAthay hasnt increased their prices yet!). Think the Crusades really tarnished the reputation of the Church sia; all the innocent and simple minded Knights and soldiers laid down everything for ppl who proclaim to fight for their God(s), but in reality lust for nothing more than name, fortune, power and greed. Given that, i guess Saladin was quite charismatic after all...

After that, we went shopping, or rather window shopping; took neocard @ Heeren, then over to Taka; had nice tea time snacks... then we went Kino to browse ard... Dinner was Nasi Lemak and Char Kway Tiao @ BL Food Centre...
