Let's Co-opt (out of) it Together

Over the weekend, the Class of 2006 should have received this seemingly important letter that has a heading on the envelope normally reserved for important notifications from Mindef such as a Reservist call-up, or to answer a charge for not taking IPPT/not booking RT, or from other govt bodies/stat. boards like CPF and MOH.

For awhile, I thought SAF suddenly changed the rules and decided to charge me for not booking RT 14 days after my window had closed.

Alas, a bigger horror awaited anyone - and I say ANYONE - who had opened the letter and see for themselves the contents within the envelope.

So far, those whom I had talked to regarding THIS LETTER have decided to, despite the burden being on the addreesee of the letter, fill up the reply letter and opt out.

I is so not going to subscribe to extrinsic social eugenics - opt out, it is.
