On Monday, I was "jio"-ed by Nick to have lunch @ JE; was late to meet up everyone @ the S-11 coffeeshop near the Jurong East library. After lunch, the suggestion was to go Uncle Lim's house to play mahjong. So we went in kind Nick's vroom-vroom... played one round, and was lucky to win a game or two.
Left early to meet Dear @ Clementi; we proceeded to meet her frens @ JP to catch Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's Mr and Mrs Smith. ("official site for the romantic dark comedy starring Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie...." Dark? Hmmmmm not really...) Actually its a pretty entertaining show, weak plot (what are the organisations actually? They arent government agencies, but they obviously wield much more control than FBI and CIA; cant FBI/CIA track them and keep them in check? But oh well, movies...) but nice action and chemistry between the leads... "(Who can forget the lines.... Pitt: "Come over to Daddy..."-cued in bashing by AJ- Jolie: " Now who's the Daddy?") DEfinitely worth $7...
On Tuesday, I went to Dear's house to observe her napping session, and had a sumptuous dinner cooked by her mom, especially the ribs!!! =) After that, I met the lower brass ppl for sectionals @ PGP ... very tiring, going through all the songs for Commencement... HAd a couple of First parts, and Under the Sea was quite a rhythm killer....
