Morning Downpour, Crystal Jade, Blogicide

The downpour this morning was much welcomed, especially if you are someone like me who had heat rash on certain parts of the body; for me it was on the opposite side of my elbow, the inner side (what do you call that part of the arm? Hmmmm....) However, mum woke me up from my slumber to send me on a mission; to fetch my grandpa, who was visiting the doctor after experiencing pain on the arm and shoulder when he had slipped in the toilet. (This, I learnt, on our way home on the bus...) Maybe i shall suggest that the toilet flooring should change....

Next assignment of the day was to drive Dear and her dad to Ocean Building to settle some shares/warrants thingy... dunno where was it initially, but turned out that it was very near to Raffles Place MRT station. Drove Dear's Dad's Sunny and boy, it was tough navigating the multi-storey carparks on this island (Or maybe i didnt practice enuff? Shall try to practice more...) After the paperwork was done, we drove down to Suntec to have lunch @ Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao. Had the set lunch for 4 ppl (cos Dear's Mum was also there), and ended up extremely full. Drove back to JE and watched Something's Gotta Give at Dear's house, while someone fell asleep cos of fatigue... went off at 6 plus to collect some registered mail from the Post Office for Dad...

Blogicide: A general term for the termination of a blog. A Phenomenon that is increasingly apparent now that more ppl are cuaght up with blogging and blog-surfing. Some ppl kill off their blogs by deleting them completely; others left a sort of Obituary to serve notice of the end; some just leave their blogs to stagnate. I myself went on a hiatus of sorts some time back due to some personal reasons. Varying reasons can cause blogicides to occur; just look at
Acidflask and Eddy Neo; now one of my frens has joined the list becos of some ppl found his blog and did not agree with some of his opinions. I have always quite looked forward to reading the postings of this fren, becos he writes well and speaks from his heart. Hopefully there will be a way for you to start writing again soon.....

Signing off........... Remember: The "hand" brake for the newer Nissan Sunny is at the position of the foot clutch.......
