A sudden rush of blood to my head yesterday evening while shopping at Cold Storage with Nick + Huishan.....
Two hours later, I was preparing Apple Chicken Salad..... Now I know how tedious + sianz it is to shred chicken.....
Thanks to those who dared to try it out - Sis, 俊男 and 美女.......
And of course, Mom - who never fails to give encouraging comments everytime I embark on these crazy Operations......
Just hearing those comments made me feel like a child all over again....
Soothing. Positive. Loved.
