All my bags are packed, I'm ready to go,
I'm standing here outside your door,
I hate to wake you up to say goodbye.
But the dawn is breakin', it's early morn',
The taxi's waitin', he's blowin' his horn,
Already I'm so lonesome I could die...

Rewind to a few months ago, when the Intempo 2008 FB group was first started, I probably received an invite asking me whether I would be attending it. I indicated "Maybe," cos as a (potential) performer, I don't know if being on stage could really count as having attended your own concert.

The "MAYBE" is coming back to haunt me.

The plan:

Cab to Yew Tee --> Report --> Cab back home --> Shower + Change --> Cab to NUS.

Of course, anything (and everything) can and may go wrong for the worst man.

This week in photos:

This photo reminds me of a very very old song that goes like this...

To my right...

Me and my Left...

Tuba Masters (and a Mistress lol)

Euphoniums (I like this glance-back pose ever since the EL Hons ppl tried it once during Commencement heh.)

The Mixture

花 ('Flowers')

草 ('Grass')

With the Man, before he left for Mosiac.

Flurry of activity.

Dry run @ UCC, eve of concert.

Undivided Attention.

Drum chops.

Lizi in Action.

(Some of ) The Pet-ers

Go Green!

It's plain absurd that I took 14 hours (with lengthy breaks in between for the photo frames, messages, late supper, MSN chats, etc) to finish this post! While the rest of the section gather for lunch before the concert, I "eagerly" anticipate that phone call.

"If missing the concert is a great disappointment, it will be the only disappointment."

Off I go to write my last card then.

Signing off.................. Wish I were there...............
